CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE OPERA HOUSE

Out of respect for our customers children under 4 are not allowed at non-children specific shows.

Infants are not permitted!


DOES THE OPERA HOUSE HAVE A DRESS CODE

The Opera House does not have a dress code, casual attire is fine for all shows.


DOES THE OPERA HOUSE SELL CONSESSIONS

Yes we serve fresh coffee, cakes and pastries along with soft drinks and water.


DOES THE OPERA HOUSE HAVE HANDICAP PARKING

The Opera House is located in the historic district of old Mauch Chunk built in the early 19th century, parking in general is very limited. The Opera House can provide a Handicap spot on a first call first served basis. If you require a Handicap parking please call our office (570) 325-0249 and we will try our best to accommodate you.


WHERE DO I PARK WHEN I GET TO TOWN

There is no parking at the Opera House, we reccomend parking at our downtown parking facility behind the Mauch Chunk Trains Station by the park off of route 209. Parking is free after 5pm.


I NEED TO BUY TICKETS THE NIGHT OF THE SHOW

Tickets can be purchased at the Opera House box office 1-hour prior to performance when doors open. If an opening act precedes the main event our ticket office will remain open until intermission.


I WANT MY TICKETS HELD AT WILL CALL.

You must order your tickets by phone and request will-call. Your tickets will be waiting for your at our box office night of show under your last name.


I REQUESTED E-TICKETS BY PHONE

You will recieve an email from Jtams Productions containing your E-Ticket simply print your email and have it with you the night of the show.


I CAN'T PRINT MY ONLINE TICKETS

Don't worry we have you in our system. You will have to come to the box office and request new tickets.

note: The E-Ticket is for your convenience, not printing them out will result in longer wait times at busy shows.
